 Well folks it looks as if that dreadful day has finally come....Voice stopped working on all of OpenSim. Quite awhile ago, Vivox, our voice company sold out to Unity, the big gaming industry. It looks like it finally went through that there would indeed be no more voice here.   How do we get around this? Well some techs have offered to "LOOK INTO" getting us voice for no less than 17K and folks that is JUST TO LOOK!!!  So when i ask myself what other way around is there, my only solution at least for now is doing a group chat on our discord server. UPDATE: We decided to use a program called Mumble which is external but the best available to us it seems. Many people joined then voice came back in world. I think it is essential to have this backup plan as we never know when voice will cut out again, maybe for good next time. If you downloaded mumble, save it. If you haven't, there is info at the welcome center for doing so.

I thought my real life was complete until I got a virtual life- what an amazing opportunity we all have here to become everything we could possibly hope for within a shiny little lit up monitor...lucky usses! Make the most of your virtual life as you would your RL - The happiness it brings you is infectious enough to touch others...even your real self! In a virtual world where so many create avatars to get away with stepping on and using others why not surprise everyone by creating a genuinely good person who treats others as well as they wish to be treated- what a concept!
